The Program Director is an experienced education leader who builds equitable, inclusive, and diverse teams and has demonstrated success in the management and innovative delivery of environmental education programs. This role serves as the internal and external voice for education, instructional design, and learning strategies of one of the largest accredited residential centers in the nation. This position leads a team of 10+ year round staff and dozens more who seasonally deliver nationally-acclaimed environmental education programming to a wide variety of audiences through seven different programs, with a primary focus on children. Wolf Ridge operations are conducted on a 2000-acre main campus with a 400-bed facility encompassing 130,000 s.f. of buildings and a 68-acre Lake Superior campus, all located in northeastern Minnesota. http://www.wolf-ridge.org
