Environmental Educator
Description
Organization: St. Christopher Camp and Conference CenterJob Type: Full time, temporary
Location: Johns Island, SC
Salary: $285/week + housing, meals, and wifi
Teach and lead day and evening classes on beach, dune, salt marsh, and maritime forest ecosystems. Other topics of study include herpetology, birding, orienteering, and team-building. Assist with animal care in our herpetarium and aquarium, trail maintenance, curriculum development, and other activities and campus upkeep as assigned. Serve with Housekeeping staff one morning or afternoon each week to help maintain the center. Time off is provided each week. There may be additional opportunities for weekend work with other programs and guests, for additional pay.
