The Executive Director is the Chief Executive Officer of the FOD and is responsible for providing organizational management, leadership, and direction to advance the mission of this iconic, world-class horticultural conservatory. Guided by the vision of the FOD, the Executive Director is an idea-driven and creative individual responsible for the overall tone, educational direction, and financial viability of the organization guiding the development of strategic and operational plans for the FOD staff team.
