Outreach Manager

Location: Yellow Springs, Ohio
Salary: $37-42,000
The Outreach Manager coordinates public-facing activities and volunteer-driven efforts. Specific areas of responsibility include coordination of volunteers, and working with volunteers to fulfill organizational needs related to external communications, membership recruitment and retention, merchandising, public programs, and public facilities. The Outreach Manager manages the Nature Shop with volunteer support and oversees the Glen’s publications. This is a full-time position with weekend responsibilities. The regular schedule for this position is Wednesday-Sunday. Diverse candidates are encouraged to apply including persons from historically marginalized communities or from groups underrepresented in the nonprofit, natural resources field.
