Kalamazoo Nature Center (KNC), one of the country's largest nationally recognized nature centers, is searching for its next President + CEO. KNC is a well-resourced nonprofit organization supported by its community, an engaged and active Board of Trustees, an endowment, and a highly talented and dedicated group of employees and volunteers. The President + CEO will be responsible for the financial, operational, administrative, fundraising, and legal/compliance aspects of the organization. They will be the driving force in the organization's future strategic direction and foundational growth, focusing on high-quality programming, innovative infrastructure, programs promoting sustainability, and diversity initiatives.
