Visitor Services Associate
Description
Organization: Chippewa Nature CenterJob Type: Part time, permanent
Location: Midland, Michigan
Salary: $13.50 per hour, staff uniform, CNC membership, 10% discount on registered programs, 20% discount in Nature Center Store
The Visitor Services team works together to welcome and orient visitors, conduct program registrations, communicate with visitors via phone, email and in-person, facilitate store sales and connect visitors to other staff members. Located in the Visitor Center, this team plays a critical role in both internal and external communications. This position provides the opportunity for a flexible schedule when coordinated with other team members. Less than 20 hours each week will be pre-scheduled normally including 2-3 weekend days each month, 1-2 week days each week and occasional evening hours to support special events 1-2 times each year.
