The Nature Center at Shaker Lakes is an organization facing local and regional changes and challenges that have transformational potential. This position is an opportunity for the next CEO to create the next chapter in the history of The Nature Center at Shaker Lakes. The President and CEO will work to develop and implement the strategic goals and objectives of the organization by providing executive level leadership to advance the vision of The Nature Center for years to come through education, conservation, innovative programs, and community involvement. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the President and CEO oversees and supervises all aspects of The Nature Center’s operation, and serves as liaison between its stakeholders, including the Board, staff, donors, volunteers, and the community.
