Salary: $15.50/ hour (or $18.50/ hour without on-site housing)
We're seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Teacher Naturalists/Challenge Course Facilitators in the redwood forest of Occidental, CA. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead hands-on, student-centered experiences in the great outdoors, incorporating inquiry-based learning, Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS), and Social Emotional Learning (SEL). From guiding students through coastal redwood ecosystems to facilitating high ropes courses, you'll play a vital role in shaping unforgettable experiences for our participants.
